I have been mildly obsessed with crocheted ribbing since learning how to do it late last year. It's such a simple thing but SO useful for all those tricky spots like waistbands, hat bands (my Betsy Bobble Hat pattern uses this ribbing for the band) and bag handles. I'm currently working on a couple of projects with more inventive uses for this ribbing and I can't wait to share them with you soon.
To create ribbing all you need to do is work your stitches on every row into the back loop only. Easy huh? Watch the video for a short tutorial and let me know how you use ribbing.
Happy crocheting YO!
